Ten years ago, I had the honor and pleasure of attending an impromptu concert by a group of music students courtesy of the Heather Moore Bernard Music Scholarship Fund. It was one of the most uplifting and hopeful experiences I have had. The joy of music and the sense of accomplishment filled the room. Instruments and instruction are expensive. This magical event would not have been possible without the Heather Moore Bernard Music Scholarship Fund. The fund is still active and it is about time that we use our Arizona Anniversary Watches by Fossil to not only keep time in a stylish way, but to make music and enhance the character of some special children. Time will tell.
