• Please provide a secure shipping address if you will not be home to receive your package, such a business address, or have your package shipped to a friend or neighbor who will be home to receive it for you. Unfortunately package thefts occasionally happen, and we are unable to file a claim with our shipping carriers if your package is stolen after delivery.
  • We will ship your order through UPS or USPS standard ground delivery.  Most orders ship the same day or the following business day. 
  • Orders shipping to the lower 48 states are usually delivered within 2-10 business days.
  • Due to agreements with our distributors, we are only able to ship to U.S. zip codes.
  • Sales Tax: Any order shipping to a Kansas address will have applicable Kansas sales tax applied.
  • Exchanges: You are responsible for the shipping cost to return items to us. On an item-for-item exchange, we will cover the cost to ship the replacement pair back to you.
  • Repairs: We no longer accept repairs by mail, but if you visit our store for your repair estimate and we will be shipping your repair back to you, outbound shipping is based on the number of pairs on the repair order.
