Please provide a secure shipping address. Unfortunately package thefts occasionally happen. We are not responsible if your package is stolen after delivery.
We reuse shipping cartons and packing materials whenever possible. This is good for the planet, and it also helps us keep our shipping costs down so that we can continue to offer free domestic shipping on orders $120 and up.
We will ship your order through USPS or UPS standard ground delivery. Most orders ship within 1-2 business days.
Orders shipping to the lower 48 states are usually delivered within 2-10 business days.
Sales Tax: Any order shipping to a Kansas address will have applicable Kansas sales tax applied.
Returns and Exchanges: You are responsible for the shipping cost to return your item(s) to us.
Repairs: We no longer accept repairs by mail, but if you visit our store for your repair estimate, you may request to have your repair order shipped to you once it is finished. Outbound shipping for repair orders is based on the number of pairs repaired. See chart above for details.
