than welcome to send us your repair in the mail.

When mailing a repair please include a note with what
you would like us to do to them and a contact phone number.

Our return shipping fee is $10 + $2.95 per extra pair repaired

and receive payment information.

Replacement Footbed

Birkenstock replacement Soft Footbeds are currently out of stock.

We offer two different types of replacement
footbeds, Classic Birkenstock cork footbed & Soft Birkenstock footbed.
With this repair option everything except your straps
and buckles will be brand new.

We offer two types of resole repairs.
A full resole or a half resole.

With a full resole we replace the bottom part
of your Birkenstocks (the EVA sole). You will still keep
your existing footbed and straps. With a half resole
we replace the heel portion of the sole with EVA sole material and overlay it with a denser and more durable material called cat's paw.

Cork work is not a standard repair and would
most likely only be offered if suggested once we
receive your Birkenstocks for evaluation. We usually
do this when there is cork damage to the heel or toe
area and the footbed is in otherwise good condition.
